Welcome to RUMBUKA Seeds ltd.
The RUMBUKA Tombola is organized by RUMBUKA Seeds Limited (250 782 791 003) whose Head Office is at Umuyenzi plaza, KN 5 Rd, Kigali, Rwanda (the Organizer).

By accessing and using our Tombola USSD Application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before starting our Promotion USSD Application. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our USSD Application.

  1. The Promotion is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of Rwanda.
  2. The Promotion will run until End of season 2024A, and RUMBUKA will be under no obligation to award any prizes claimed after that time.
  3. Winning promotional code are selected at random at the end of each month to generate a minimum of one winner for every 2,000 promotional codes redeemed in that month.
  4. The Participant must enter a promotional code via the Promotion USSD, from a phone owned by participant, and any prize will be offered to the owner of the phone.
  5. Winners will be notified by phone within five working days of the end of each month.
  6. The Promotion organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  7. The Promotion organizer is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during the Promotion.
  8. The Promotion organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the transfer of the prize.
  9. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow the organizer to use their contact details for sales analysis and for marketing purposes.
  10. The organizer will only use the contact details for marketing purposes related to the Promotion, the organizers products and those of its affiliates.
  11. Participants have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by sending STOP by reply to any marketing SMS.
  12. The organizer will comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.
